As we stressed before, and want to stress again...Mirafit FBCx is NOT is a “miracle” drug or magic pill. It is NOT going to make you lose 5 or 10 pounds a week, 25 pounds a month, or just “melt” away fat. It makes no claims that you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want, in any quantity you want - and still lose weight.
Mirafit is not going to "rev" up your metabolism or put your system in hyper-drive. It is NOT a stimulant - which is actually a good thing as products containing stimulants are unhealthy, and the "weight loss" that occurs when taking them is almost always temporary.
Mirafit is NOT a cleanse product. While the use of a cleanse product can be quite beneficial to your system, don't view cleansing as a method of losing weight. True weight loss is fat loss; a true cleanse removes toxins from your system, not fat.
Mirafit is NOT a diuretic - it doesn't mimic weight loss by simply removing liquid from your body. To be sure, diuretics can be very helpful to people suffering from edema (fluid retention), but never confuse water loss as fat loss.

On a very positive note, Mirafit is NOT a product that will cause gastro-intestinal distress. Because the alpha-dextrin in Mirafit actually binds with consumed fat molecules and prevents them from breaking down in the intestine, there are no unpleasant side effects like oily stool, bowel seepage, or diarrhea.
